This intimate event, limited to just 15 seats, offers a delightful afternoon of hot bourbon teas. Enjoy a southern peach tea made with Lily May bourbon and a rich blackberry tea featuring Thornbush Blackberry bourbon, all served with savory bites, sandwiches, and petit fours.
Guests will experience a "Charmed Stroll" through our enchanting venues, including The Old Pink House and its beautiful garden. The event concludes with our special Espresso Martini or Cosmopolitan from The Jarvis & Co bar at Nettie Jarvis Antiques. Peach Tea featuring Lily May bourbon
Lily May Bourbon started by investing ten years in the Hospitality industry, in Bardstown, KY, the Bourbon Epicenter of the World, listening to thousands and thousands of people telling them what they like and don’t like about Bourbon.
They collected their responses and ideas, studied them and focused on 3 categories Nose, Taste and Finish. They then went to work for years.
The result was Lily May Bourbon, a Bourbon for Everybody.
Blackberry Tea featuring Thornbush Blackberry bourbon
Thornbush is inspired by the prickly tale of St. Michael and the Devil.
Legend says that St. Michael and the Devil waged the ultimate war of good versus evil at the gates of heaven. St. Michael was victorious, plummeting the Devil down from the clouds and into a thorny blackberry bush—which the Devil spat on, cursing the fruit for eternity.
